教学情况:

主要承担线性代数、Python科学计算、工程伦理、传感器原理等课程。发表教改论文5篇,主持省部级项目3项。

科研情况:

从事宽禁带半导体材料与紫外光电探测器件的研制和应用开发等方面研究。通过改进材料的制备与合成技术,实现对其结构、缺陷和组份等方面性质的调控与优化,探索器件集成组装的新方法;结合实验探索和理论计算,构建具有实用价值的高性能光电子器件。已在Energy Storage Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Nanoscale等SCI检索期刊上,一作/通讯发表40余篇,他引2000余次,H指数22。
